Garo opened Garo’s Deli in 1989 with more than little desire to share his love for healthy and authentic Armenian foods to everyone in the DTLA area. Since 1989, Garo and his family have been serving up amazing dishes and sandwiches for more than 30 years. Garo built a strong following for over three decades by always offering superior quality consistently – all with a smile and a true display of thankfulness. Garo worked tirelessly to carry on the tradition of serving the best Mediterranean food in all of Los Angeles.

Garo and his family worked together to add flavors, options, a market, fresh cut deli and serving up freshly baked bread every day. Garo’s Deli takes pride in carrying forward the recipes, traditions, superior quality and expedited service to the entire Los Angeles population. Today, Garo still remains engaged with the business consulting and ensuring his legacy moves forward as the next generation of dedicated partners move forward. Garo’s Deli has also expanded to include several favorite Mediterranean offerings in addition to their signature specials. Most of our ingredients are sourced locally and served fresh daily, to you.
